HOURLY RATE
The hourly rate for chauffeur service is $30.00 per hour. For contract rates and discounts, please contact us with your specific requirements.

MINIMUM
There is a 3 hour minimum per ride. Hours are billed to the nearest full hour. Due to traffic considerations, there is a 15 minute grace period on all rides. There are no split shifts. Billable time begins when chauffeur arrives at the client pick-up location and ends when the chauffeur returns to the client drop-off or pick-up location. This does not apply to airport transfers.

HOURS OF OPERATION
Our hours of Operation are from 9am to 2am Monday through Thursday, and all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

PAYMENT TERMS
Cleint's credit card will be billed upon completion of services. This does not apply to pre-paid services, and round-trip airport transfers, in which case the credit card may be billed prior to completion of services.

CANCELLATION
Cancellations are permitted 24 hours prior to client pick-up. For cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to client pick-up, the 3 hour minimum will be billed to the credit card provided. Pre-paid services must be cancelled 72 hours prior to client pick-up.

OVERNIGHT
There is an 8 hour minimum per overnight stay. Client is also responsible for the chauffeur's reasonable room and board expenses.

HOLIDAYS
There is a $10.00 premium per hour on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and after 4 PM on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.

NON-PAYMENT
In the event the client's credit card is invalid or declined, the client agrees to be liable for any and all reasonable legal fees and costs incurred in the collection of the outstanding balance, in addition to the outstanding balance itself.
